Larger businesses typically can afford IT Managed Services or IT Support Solutions, which allows them to focus their efforts on achieving business objectives. With Managed IT Services, computer systems, networks, and technology can be maintained properly, ultimately increasing productivity. This approach can provide them with a competitive advantage.
For many small businesses, the costs of acquiring IT support solutions or IT Managed Services can be cost-prohibitive. Small businesses generally lack the purchasing power that larger businesses possess. As a result, when IT assistance is eventually needed, service providers often assign the lowest priority and may charge high hourly rates for IT Services. Increased costs and lost productivity then create strain, not to mention the ongoing struggle of addressing technology issues.
COOPGROOP provides a mechanism for small businesses to enhance their purchasing power for IT Managed Services. Our model transforms small businesses into a larger entity when it comes to acquiring essential IT resources and IT Support Solutions.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
We have developed a discount model featuring eight (8) levels, which offers a total of 50% in discount opportunities available to our clients utilizing Managed IT Services.

When a business acquires our IT Managed Services, the quantities of supported devices are tabulated for the monthly rate. This business is then assigned into Pool #1.

When a second business acquires our IT Managed Services, their supported quantities are also tabulated. These businesses' device quantities are then assigned into Pool #1 quantities, while Pool #2 is then established, containing just their own quantities.

When a third business acquires our IT Managed Services, their supported quantities are tabulated and assigned into Pool #1, Pool #2, and Pool #3 quantities.
